Returns Information

We are happy to accept returns under the following circumstances.

• Providing you advise us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product has NOT BEEN USED, products which have been used are not eligible for return.
• It is up to the purchaser to send the goods back at their own cost.
• A £5 return fee is deducted from the final credit to cover the cost of free shipping. 
• Please contact us with your order number, reason for return and we will respond with the return address.

Faulty Item:

If you think your item is faulty then please take a couple of photo's and send an email to jab@heavy-hitters.co.uk explaining the fault and how this was caused. 

These images will be sent to our technical team for evaluation. If the product is deemed to be faulty then you can either:

• Ask for a replacement to be sent out
• Ask for a refund 

PLEASE NOTE:

The following are NOT COVERED by the warranty:

• Damage to the bag through incorrect filling - Please read the instructions on how to fill the bag correctly.
• Splits to the side of the bag caused by external objects such as walls, nails or any other objects which may cause damage to the bag.
• Wear and tear of the bag. 

YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO A RETURN SO WE CAN GIVE YOU THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS.
